1. Scope of Advisory Services
Veritas Climate Ltd provides carbon accounting compilation, ESG roadmap planning, and advisory review services based on data submitted by the client. Veritas does not provide accredited ISO certification, formal legal advice, or statutory financial auditing.
2. Subscription & Cancellation
Subscriptions to the Core Plan (£50 / 3 months) are billed quarterly in advance. Clients may cancel their subscription at any time via the account settings without incurring cancellation fees. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid billing period.
3. Accuracy of Client Data
The accuracy of derived roadmaps and Scope 1–3 calculations depends upon the truthfulness and completeness of operational records provided by the client. The client remains responsible for statutory filings submitted to government agencies or procurement bodies.
4. Governing Law
These terms and any non-contractual obligations arising out of them are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
